Journalism is the cornerstone of our democracy, and it’s important to help the next generation of students further their interests in the field. However, many organizations may not have the resources to do so. That’s where Launch Student News comes in. We help libraries, park districts and more create student newspapers. Why wait to start yours?
Launch Student News releases a podcast on Tuesdays with interviews between our founder Victoria and some of the top journalists in the industry.
Every organization wanting to create a student newspaper will be helped by our team in a series of Zoom calls. If you are a student or staff member interested in creating a student journalism program, please contact us explaining your organization’s situation.
Victoria also speaks at writing and journalism programs about her career in journalism so far and the importance of journalism. If you’re an organization interested in hearing from Victoria, please get in touch — also through the contact form!

This class introduced me to new forms of writing that I don’t normally use and I liked how we got to interact with some of the other students.— Mia
